Poor man's Flash Server

So, you need to post long form video files to the web. How are you going to do that when YouTube only allows max 10 minutes video files. I use Viddler.com. There is no file size limit.

iMovie - MP3

So you want to export an MP3 from iMovie. Good Luck! Sorry, just kidding I know you're in a bind. Quickest way.
-Share to Garage Band
-Select Video track in Garage Band
-CMD + Delete to delete video track
-Share to itunes (choose mp3 option)
-Search for filename in Spotlight
-File should be in your iTunes music folder per the name you gave it.

Hint: CMD key is Apple key on left side of spacebar
